Before You Book
If you have questions before you commit — about the space, the neighborhood, or whether a property fits your trip — you can ask me directly. I’d rather you know exactly what you’re getting than be surprised at check-in.
Check-In
Check-in details are sent ahead of your stay so you’re not scrambling to figure things out when you arrive. If anything about the process isn’t clear, I’m reachable.
During Your Stay
If something in the property needs attention, or you just want a recommendation for where to eat nearby, you’re talking to the host — not a support queue. I try to respond quickly because I know a slow answer can ruin an evening.
After You Leave
I’d rather hear directly if something could have gone better than have it show up only in a review. Honest feedback is how each property gets better over time.
